Men’s health,
handled.
Low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, low drive. These are medical conditions with medical treatments, and they are measurable. Physician-led men’s health in Acworth & Marietta — built on a full lab panel, not a twelve-minute appointment and a generic script.
Thank you — we’ve got it.
Our patient care coordinator will reach out shortly to schedule you with a wellness advisor.

Does this sound like you?
What men describe before we run a single lab.
Energy, strength, focus
Flat by the middle of the afternoon. Training that stopped producing results. Muscle harder to hold on to and weight settling around the middle. Brain fog, low motivation, a shorter fuse than you used to have. The cluster most men put down to low testosterone, or low T.
Drive and performance
Desire that faded without an obvious reason. Erections that are less reliable or less firm than they were. Performance that has become something you think about beforehand. These are medical problems with medical answers, and they are more common than most men assume.
What we treat
Endocrine and sexual health, under one physician-led roof.
Testosterone replacement
TRT calibrated to a comprehensive panel and reviewed quarterly — for energy, drive and clarity. Delivered as pellets or injections.
Erectile dysfunction
Root-cause ED care. Vascular, hormonal and lifestyle contributors addressed clinically, rather than handing you a pill and hoping it covers the problem.
Shockwave therapy
Low-intensity acoustic wave therapy used to improve blood flow and function. A procedure, not a prescription.
Low libido
When desire fades the cause is often hormonal — which means it is measurable, and frequently treatable.
Premature ejaculation
Discreet, effective treatment options, addressed without judgement and without a lecture.
Peyronie’s disease
Non-surgical and procedural options for curvature and discomfort.
Start with data, not guesswork
Every men’s health plan here begins the same way.
Labs first
A comprehensive panel — total and free testosterone, thyroid and metabolic markers — read by a physician alongside your symptoms.
Read together
A physician goes through the results with you and explains what they mean, and what each option actually involves.
Treat and re-check
An individualized protocol with quarterly review — dose adjusted to keep you in a safe, optimal range rather than set once and forgotten.
Who you’ll actually see
A physician in Acworth or Marietta — not an online questionnaire.
What it costs to start
Published plan pricing, and the labs that come first.
Labs first
A full lab panel is $249, or $80 as a Bubolo Care member. Nothing is prescribed before we have read your bloodwork.
Men’s hormone therapy
Six months $1,795, $1,295 as a member. Twelve months $2,995, $1,995 as a member — pellets or injections, labs and follow-up labs included.
Sexual health care
Erectile dysfunction, shockwave therapy and related treatment are quoted at your consultation, once a physician knows which applies to you. You will see the cost before anything is ordered or scheduled.
Common Questions
Is TRT safe long term?
When it is properly monitored, yes. We track hematocrit, PSA, estradiol and lipids on a schedule and adjust dosing to keep you in an optimal, safe range. That monitoring is the treatment — not an optional extra on top of it.
Will testosterone therapy affect fertility?
Standard TRT can reduce fertility. If you are planning to conceive, tell us at the consultation — we offer fertility-preserving protocols, and a physician will walk you through how they differ before you start anything.
Do you treat erectile dysfunction without pills?
Yes. ED is treated at the root — vascular, hormonal and lifestyle contributors are all assessed. Shockwave therapy, a low-intensity acoustic wave procedure used to improve blood flow, is one of the options a physician may discuss with you.
How discreet is this?
Completely. All care is HIPAA-protected. You are seen in a normal medical office in Acworth or Marietta, and men’s and sexual-health concerns are handled with the discretion they deserve.
What happens at the first visit?
A conversation about what has changed — energy, sleep, training, drive — and a plan for the lab work needed to understand why. The initial consultation is free and there is no obligation to start care.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Often, yes. When care is treating a diagnosed medical condition, many patients are able to use HSA or FSA funds toward visits, labs and prescriptions. We can provide documentation for your plan. Your plan administrator makes the final call, so check with them before you spend.
Can I spread the cost out?
Yes. We offer in-house payment plans, and we accept PatientFi and Cherry. You will see the cost in writing before you commit to anything.
