Does this sound like you?
The symptoms patients describe most often, before we run a single lab.
Women
Hot flashes and night sweats. Sleep that breaks at 2am and will not come back. Brain fog, forgetfulness, a short fuse. Weight that will not move no matter what you change. Low libido. Periods that have turned unpredictable — perimenopause — or stopped altogether.
Men
Energy gone flat by the middle of the afternoon. Strength and muscle harder to hold on to. Stubborn weight around the middle. Brain fog and low motivation. Low libido and broken sleep. The cluster most men know as low testosterone, or low T.
Hormone therapy for women, and for men
Two different physiologies, two different plans — both built on bloodwork.
Hormone therapy for women
For perimenopause and menopause, and the symptoms that travel with them — hot flashes, night sweats, broken sleep, brain fog, mood and libido. A full lab panel comes first, and a physician reads your hormone levels alongside how you actually feel. Plans are delivered as pellets or creams, with labs and follow-up labs included.
Hormone therapy for men
For the flat energy, lost strength, stubborn midsection and low libido that men usually put down to low testosterone — what is often called TRT. A full lab panel comes first, and a physician reads your levels alongside your symptoms. Plans are delivered as pellets or injections, with labs and follow-up labs included.

Common Questions
What is hormone therapy?
A physician-guided approach to symptoms tied to hormone changes — low energy, poor sleep, mood shifts, changes in libido. It starts with a consultation and lab work.
How do I know if it’s right for me?
Start with a consultation and lab review. A physician looks at your results alongside how you’re feeling and talks through your options — with no obligation.
What should I expect at the first visit?
A conversation about your symptoms and goals, and a plan for the lab work needed to understand what’s going on.
Do you treat both men and women?
Yes. We build individualized plans for both men and women.
Can you do anything about hot flashes and night sweats?
They are one of the most common reasons women call us. Hot flashes and night sweats track with changing estrogen levels, and levels are something we can measure rather than guess at. A physician reviews your labs alongside your symptoms and explains your options, including whether treatment is appropriate for you at all.
Do you treat low testosterone in men?
Low energy, lost strength, stubborn weight and low libido are the symptoms men most often walk in with, and testosterone is measured as part of your lab work. Men’s plans are delivered as pellets or injections. Nothing is prescribed before a physician has read your bloodwork.
Do you offer hormone pellets?
Yes. Pellets are one of the ways we deliver therapy — women’s plans use pellets or creams, men’s use pellets or injections. Which one suits you is a conversation with your physician once your labs are back, and the plan pricing above includes labs and follow-up labs either way.
What is the difference between perimenopause and menopause?
Perimenopause is the stretch of fluctuating hormones before periods stop — often the most symptomatic years, and frequently the ones that get waved off. Menopause is the point twelve months after your last period. Both are measurable, and both are treatable.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Often, yes. When hormone therapy is treating a diagnosed medical condition, many patients are able to use HSA or FSA funds toward visits, labs and prescriptions. We can provide documentation for your plan. Your plan administrator makes the final call, so check with them before you spend.
Can I spread the cost out?
Yes. We offer in-house payment plans, and we accept PatientFi and Cherry. You will see the cost in writing before you commit to anything.
