Common Questions
How does CoolSculpting actually work?
An applicator delivers controlled cooling to a specific area of fat. The treated fat cells are affected by the cold and cleared by the body gradually over the following weeks. The skin and surrounding tissue are not cut or injected.
Will this help me lose weight?
No, and it is worth being clear about that. It is body contouring, designed for specific pockets of fat in people already close to their goal weight. If your goal is to lose a meaningful amount of weight, our physician-supervised medical weight loss programme is the right conversation instead — and we would rather tell you that at the consultation than sell you the wrong thing.
How long until I see a change?
The body clears the treated cells gradually, so results build over a number of weeks rather than appearing straight away. Your provider will give you a realistic timeline for your own treatment area at the consultation.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on the area and what you want to change. Some people are happy after one, others plan a package. You will be told which applies to you before you book, along with what it costs.
Is there any downtime?
Most people return to their normal day right afterwards. Your provider will go through what to expect in the treated area before you start.
I am already a Bubolo Care member. Do these combine?
No — the two do not stack. Bubolo Care members already have member pricing, and the Crunch 20% is a cash-pay rate off our standard prices. Use whichever works out better for the service you are booking, and we will tell you which that is.
Can I spread the cost out?
Yes. We offer in-house payment plans, and we accept PatientFi and Cherry. You will see the cost in writing before you commit to anything.
